Direct Support Professional - Full Time Residential Setting Non-Split Shifts

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide service to individuals with developmental disabilities. These positions transition between residential and day programs. This site includes higher levels of personal care and behavioral cares. Level and type of care must be provided in a manner consistent with the Individual’s Service Plan No previous experience required. Must be 18+. Wages starting at $16.50/hr. $1/hr increase upon completion of agency provided DD Certification Training. Rotation of 8 Days on/6 Days off Hours Include: Weekdays 6am – 4pm Every Other Weekend 8am – 6pm Benefit eligible including: Health w/HSA Vision Dental Life Once qualified for benefits include: 6% match 401(k) PTO starting at 12hrs/month
